Please note that West Seattle Nursery is not responsible for the functionality or performance of Dramm products. For support or assistance with any issues related to these products, we recommend reaching out directly to Dramm Corporation. They offer dedicated consumer support and can be contacted by filling out their consumer product support form, which you can access here.

Trees and Shrubs

We extend the option for partial refunds within a 90-day window for trees and shrubs that have been thoughtfully established in the ground, allowing their roots to establish a solid foundation for growth. Should a plant face challenges, we're pleased to offer a 50% refund of the initial purchase price.

To initiate consideration for a refund, kindly present your receipt, the plant in question, and secure authorization from one of our knowledgeable managers.

For your guidance, we've provided an informative video that showcases the optimal techniques for planting trees. These same steps are equally applicable to shrubs. In addition to the video's insights, we recommend enhancing your planting endeavor by enriching your soil with generous mulching, especially if dealing with predominantly sandy or clayey soils.

It's important to remember that plants are living entities with a perishable nature. Your commitment to their well-being is pivotal to their prosperity. This encompasses ensuring ample hydration, cultivating suitable soil conditions, and safeguarding against potential animal-related damage. By embracing these responsibilities, you join us in fostering a vibrant and flourishing plant partnership.

Gardening comes with a level of unpredictability. Unfortunately, cold weather snaps, droughts, and other extreme weather events are known to occur in the Seattle area. We do not take responsibility for the damage that these events may impose on your plants. Thank you for your understanding!
