Hiring Full-Time Position: Creative Content Community Curator

Join our team as a Creative Content Community Curator! You'll lead our social media presence, create captivating graphics, manage website updates, organize engaging classes, and ensure seamless customer experiences. If you're passionate about plants, skilled in graphic and web design, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

  • Desired Skills

    • Graphic design in Canva

    • Web design/management in SquareSpace

    • Ideally versed in Meta Business Suite, or experienced in Instagram and Facebook branding and management

    • Strong writing abilities

    • Highly organized and able to delegate

    • Excellent communication via email and in-person

    • Enthusiasm for gardening and plant-care 

    • Flexible and able to step into other roles when needed (occasional yard help, register help, customer assistance)

We offer flexible hours, an employee discount, paid time off, Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees who work 31-40 hours a week.
