West Seattle Nursery is a proud purveyor of fine compost!  We sell planting compost, mushroom compost, chicken manure, steer manure, and potting soil from Whitney Farms.  We sell organic soil building compost and organic potting soil from Gardner & Bloom.  We also have organic compost from Cedar Grove.  Our wide variety of mulches range in color and texture from chunky red cedar play chips to rich, dark and finely shredded Weed Whompin’ Mulch (Whitney Farms). 

We carry conventional liquid and granular (slow release) plant fertilizers such as Miracle Gro and Osmacote and we are proud to feature eco-friendly varieties from Down to Earth and Dr. Earth.  We are committed to carrying natural and organic pesticides, pest barriers and fungicides and welcome the opportunity to educate customers about the benefits of natural pest control.

Our hand tool selection features pruners, loppers and digging and weeding implements from Felco, Corona, and Fiskars.  We also sell a wide variety of gloves, hori hori knives, small shovels and pitchforks.
